The best option in Campbell River is to land at the Seaplane dock at Tyee Spit. There is usually floatplanes inside the spit. This is a river outlet and there are some mild currents. You can fuel here and you can call Painters Lodge at 250 286 1102, they will pick you up in a van. It would not be safe to land at their dock due to waves.

You can also land at April Point which is on the other side of Discovery Channel. Both resorts are owned by the same company and there is free boat service between them. They are not used to floatplanes dropping in but I stayed there in 2011 when I dropped in for lunch to wait for the weather which did not clear.  There number is 1800 663 7090.

I have found when you ask the price before you call the van you might get a better deal. If they are not full price is usually negotiable.
