This looks like a nice protected bay but this lake is huge so it is rough a lot of the time. I tried to land at this cabin on three different occasions in August of 2011 and all three times there was too much wind to land. Looks like a great old cabin but the wind factor could be an issue even for a drop off. There is a river delta little to west which might give a plane some protection. If any of the locals have information on this it would be appreciated. When I flew over it looked like lots of fishing was going on in the river.
