Sitkof Lake Cabin West is a standard 12x14 Pan Adobe. There is another cabin at the other end of the lake which you could get to on logging roads. Of the two cabins this is the best one if you are going to stay overnight with your plane. There is a good beach which should be far enough around the corner of the point to give you some protection. There is a trail from this cabin to the ocean. It seems these two cabins are mainly used by hunters. Fishing is reported as good from July on. Flying in and out of the lake is straight forward.
