There are two cabins on Ella lake, Ella Narrows and Red Alders Cabin. I prefer Red Alders. This cabin is back about 200 feet in the woods and is hard to see from the lake. Look for the stream and you are there. Red Alders was destroyed in 2012 and there is no plan at this time to rebuild. There are two boats, the second one came from Red Alder which is now closed.  Stream comes out 50 feet from cabin.  Plane is in front of cabin, a little better place to tie up is a beach 300 feet to the north.
